AZ Farm to Table Beer Dinner

Kick off Arizona Beer Week the right way! We’ve been planning this dinner for the last year and are very excited to bring this very special Beer Pairing Dinner to you.
We’ve teamed up with our good friends at Mertlich Family Farms for this event. For the past year, we provided this small, local, family farm with the spent grain from our brewery. They feed their cattle with that grain and have been raising a cow on beer grain specifically for this event. That’s as full circle as you can get!
In addition to the farm fresh beef, we will be using 100% AZ ingredients for this dinner.

Here’s what it’s gonna look like.
Reception Beer: Lolli Imperial Belgian Ale
Appetizer- Ruben Stacks made with Arizona Grass Fed Beef
Paired with our new, yet to be named, Rye IPA
Salad- Fresh, locally grown micro greens, locally grown tomatoes, locally grown fennel and fresh mozzarella made with local dairy topped with Belgian Ale Vinaigrette.
Paired with Danger Noodle Belgian Tripel
Mertlitch Family Farms Salt Crusted Filet with mushroom risotto and sauteed Brussels sprouts.
Paired with 480G IPA
Cheese Cake with figs
Paired with Cyril Figgis Belgian Quad with figs. Collaboration with 8-Bit Aleworks
