We are kicking off Arizona Beer Week with Dark Sky Brewing. We will be tapping Double Barrel Aged High Country Brunch, Blood of my Enemies Hibiscus and Passionfruit IPA, Down by the Beach, Boi! Pineapple Hazy IPA and Wide Wake Imperial Blonde Stout.
(Double Barrel High Country Brunch – Aged in Woodford Double Oaked barrels for 3 months. Aging notes of char, coconut, and vanilla. Deep rich Bourbon notes. Then transferred to a freshly dumped rye whiskey barrel that aged maple syrup for additional 5 months. Overall the beer is thick, rich, and smells of fresh maple syrup and bourbon with pronounced character from the coffee.)
